India’s rich in Cultural diversity where every state has its own language, attire, food, festival, dance and music. This diverse culture comes together every year in the form of  Sanskriti which is a charity event. This celebration helps deepen the roots of Indian culture in the young generation by giving them opportunities to exhibit their talent and also teaches them to help underprivileged with service attitude!!

Sanskriti 2023 will be held on October 21st from 10 AM- 6 PM at Microsoft Cafe 86, 4900 154th Pl NE, Redmond, WA 98052

Sanskriti is a platform to recognize and motivate children who have made significant contribution to the community. If your child has actively volunteered in any community activity, please send a write-up (in no more than 600 words) along with specific references and contact details to Chaturvediamrita91@gmail.com on or before October 15th. Organizers will shortlist the eligible candidates and they will be awarded on October 21st!

Terms & Conditions

  • Organization reserves the right to use the Photographs taken at this event for social-media, marketing materials etc.
  • Organizers reserve the rights to deny the registration if there is any scheduling conflicts. In such case, denied participants will be notified and the registration fee will be refunded completely.
  • Organizers reserve the rights to cancel a planned contest; decisions will be made based on the number of registrations. In case an event is canceled, registrants will be notified and the registration fee will be refunded completely.
  • All drop-in contests should be completed by 4PM– All participants should be at the venue at 10 AM. Timing for each contest will be given at the door.
  • Prizes are dependent on the number of entries in each contest category.
  • Registration fee is non-refundable unless the contest is canceled by organizers.
  • Subgroups within a contest may vary based on the actual number of registrations.
  • By registering, you are agreeing to the terms mentioned above and agree to the rules of the contest as mentioned.

Yes, your child can participate in multiple contests, as long as there are no scheduling conflicts with the on-stage events or off-stage scheduled events.

Organizer scan through the registrations before the event date and identify anyone who might end up in a scheduling conflict. Organizers will do their best to resolve the conflict. If the conflict cannot be resolved the participant will be notified and a refund will be issued only for the contest which has scheduling conflict.

Yes, the agenda issued at the registration desk will have the sequence and the timings of the performance.

Yes, the agenda issued at the registration desk will have the timing schedule of the off-stage schedule contest.

Yes, the off-stage drop-in contests are run between 11 AM to 3 PM; the participant can show up to contest booth within this time limit and participate. For details about the participant’s individual contest time limits refer to the contests rules chart.

Registration through phone is not supported at this time, all registrations are online only.

No, you have to register one child at a time.

Yes, you can register a kid for multiple contests at a time, by selecting the desired events during registration.

Yes, you can register a kid for additional contest later. The earlier order cannot be edited or revisited, rather it will be a new registration for the additional contests.

Once, you register and make the payment you will get confirmation email, keep it safe. You need to show it at the door on the event day. If you have registered more than one child or added more contest to your child list, please bring all the confirmation emails with you.

Shloka needs to be memorized for the competition. However, for participation medal, they can read from paper. Max time limit is 3 minutes.

No, there is no age limit. Children or adults, anyone can participate.
